This is the second time Mark has been able to work inside the Happy realm. He was in "Happy Cafe" at the John Hassler Theater in Plainview, MN. He is a current company member of Four Humors. Some past shows include "You Only Live Forever Once", "Love is Blind and Furry", and "Romeo and Juliet". He has also worked with Sam Johns and Savannah Reich creating "Dali's Liquid Ladies" and "You Don't Have to Choose Between Llamas and Dancing and Being with the One that You Love". Mark would like to thank Dutch and Sous for their love and support.
FINN O'HAPPY (Matt Spring)
Matt Spring is a Founding Member of Four Humors Theater and has been with the group since its inception in 2005. With them he's had the pleasure of appearing in You Only Live Forever Once, Skinner Box,The Age of Wordsworth, Sideways Stories from Wayside School, Mortem Capiendum, Romeo and Juliet, Bards, and Deviled Eggs. Most recently he was a co-creator & actor in The Nose with the Piltdown Men at the New Comedy Festival in St. Paul. He was also a co-writer of the Ivey Award-Winning Seven Shot Symphony with Live Action Set. He was also in Speech with Ferrari McSpeedy Theatrical Productions this summer. Matt graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with a BA in Theater Arts in 2006.
SKITTLES O'HAPPY (Garrett Vollmer)
Garrett Vollmer is a senior at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities getting his B.A. in Theater. He is active in the theater community around the Twin Cities, and was most recently seen in "Happy Hot Dogs" with the Happy Project. He is simply thrilled to be working with such a awesome group of talented people once again, and is happy to be making art with such a talented group of people.
MOIRA O'HAPPY (Rachel Petrie)
Rachel Petrie is an independent performing, teaching, and visual artist from St. Paul, MN. She received her Bachelor's degree in Choral/Classroom Music Education from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities (2007), where she also studied Theatre Arts. She's been a company member of Four Humors Theater since April of 2010 and she has also performed with the National Theatre for Children, Bedlam Theatre, Mixed Precipitation, Live Action Set,The Loring Theater, Dangerous Productions, and Mainly Me Productions. Rachel also co-created and performed in the 2009 Minnesota Fringe Festival favorite The Finkles’ Theater Show!!!, which has since won the 2010 Cincinnati Fringe Producer’s Pick Award, and toured to the Montreal and Winnipeg Fringe Festivals in 2011. Most recently, Rachel has performed as Baba Yaga in Happy Crazy New Year and as Carly Taylor in Jenga! at the Brave New Workshop Student Union.
MOLLY O'HAPPY (Alisa Mattson)
Alisa Mattson is thrilled to be making her second appearance in a Happy Minnesota production, having played Charlotte in "Happy Cafe" at the John Hassler Theatre in Plainview, MN last summer. A member of Four Humors Theater, she helped create characters in the company's various original works such as "Love is Blind... and Furry," "Welcome to Dystopia," "The Age of Wordsworth," and "Extraordinary Terms of Ordinary Life." She is looking forward to bringing "Happy Cafe" to St. Paul very soon! She would like to thank Cooter for his constant support and comedic inspiration and their dog, Sous, for being such a good boy in rehearsals.
HAPPY O'HAPPY (Tyler Olsen)
Tyler Olsen is a theater maker, artist, and entrepreneur here in the Twin Cities. He went to college at Bemidji State University, attended and taught at the Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theater in Blue Lake, CA, attended wilderness survival school at the Tom Brown Tracker School in New Jersey, and most recently graduated from the OnPoint Tactical Urban Escape and Evasion Course in Philadelphia. Current projects include Happy Minnesota, an initiative to bring live performances to the University Ave. Central Corridor, remodeling his bathroom,working with Karen refugees in St. Paul, developing an adaptation of Frankenstein with composer Nicholas Olof Jacobson Larson, Arts Administrating for Rosetown Playhouse, promoting the city of St. Paul with STPAULISCOOL.com, and trying to cause mayhem and community wherever he goes... Help wanted.
